Between the creases and folds of the idyllic Welsh countryside lies some of the most memorable riding I have enjoyed in many years
As a cyclist I have, over the years, been fortunate enough to ride my bike all over the world and in doing so I have seen and experienced some wonderful landscapes and ridden in some remarkable places, and I can now add the Cambrian Mountains to that list. I’ve traveled far and wide in search of those special places that stay with you long after you’ve ridden there, and yet in doing so I’ve neglected the fact one such place is right here in Wales.
Exploring the Cambrian Mountains with Conquistador has opened my eyes to the beauty of the world right in front of me again. They might not be the tallest mountains in the world, but nestled between the creases and folds of the idyllic Welsh countryside lies some of the most memorable riding I have enjoyed in many years.
